4571 Barcroft Way in Hatherly Village is Sold!
Basically this is a story of "believe your Realtor"--we know what we are doing. The seller placed the property
up for sale $20,000 higher than my recommendations. Since the listing started around 9 months after I originally
met with the seller, the market pricing slipped even more, but not in the mind of the seller. Overpricing led to
months of no activity and finally the seller cracked, dumping the property because the cost to hold it made no sense.
Thus the end result was about $20,000 less than my approach would have resulted in. Don't blame the seller; this
is the nature of most sellers--no one wants to believe the home they created, lived in, beautified, and have memories in
