Al Block, a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, has purchased a 24 foot commercial box truck for free use by his clients that either purchase or sell a property with him. Quoting Mr. Block... "I purchased this actually a year ago and really have not gotten around to spreading the news publicly, just basically telling my clients it is at their disposal if they wish. It also provides me a "neighborhood billboard" as it sits in a homeowner's driveway as they load it to move. It has really gone over quite well, especially the client can move at their leisure instead of renting a truck for one day and having to get it back.
